2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the DOME corporate website. By browsing the site, the user accepts these conditions.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content — texts, project images, trademarks and logos — is the property of CS MA ARQUITETOS, LDA. or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by copyright and related rights. Reproduction without prior authorisation is not permitted.

4. Liability

DOME strives to keep the site's information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of inaccuracies. The site may contain links to external sites, for which DOME is not responsible.

5. Consumer dispute resolution

Under applicable law, in the event of a consumer dispute the consumer may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity. The competent entity is CIAB – Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo. A complaint may also be filed through the electronic Complaints Book.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the district of DOME's registered office, with express waiver of any other.
